The Apartment

Situated within the secure Roda Golf & Beach Resort in San Javier, Murcia, near the town of Los Alcázares, this beautifully furnished first-floor apartment (73 m²) includes:

The complex also offers access to five outdoor swimming pools and beautifully landscaped gardens. The pools are open year-round from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., though please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so children must be supervised. Access to the pools requires wristbands, which can be found in the apartment.

Location & Nearby Amenities

The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the center of Los Alcázares and a 25-minute walk to beautiful beaches such as Playa Los Narejos, Playa del Espejo, Playa de Las Palmeras, and Playa de Las Salinas. Along the coastline, you'll find plenty of beach activities, a scenic promenade lined with cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

If you are arriving by car, a space in the underground parking lot is available for your convenience.
